Choices and Changes is a workshop designed to acquaint participants with the literature, theory and techniques for promoting change in health behaviours.

Health care professionals will:

• Review patient engagement skills that develop rapport and promote adherence to the treatment plan 
• Learn how to assess patient readiness to make changes and intervene appropriately
• Participants will receive a certificate

Special Instructions

This workshop will be offered online using the Zoom Platform. Participants are required to have a working web-camera to attend the workshop. A reminder email with the Zoom link will be sent to participants a few days before the first session and will also contain a link to download the workbook.
