Feeling Better through Mindfulness Meditation Practice
MAST is a four week group that teaches emotion regulation skills through psychoeducation and mindfulness practice. This works is a non-clinical workshop, peer lead by trained facilitators to help manage symptoms of anxiety and mild depression.
